POLL! do erac deal with H&S issues correctly

A couple of posters on here have suggested that any H&S issues will be dealt with 'by the gm if neccesary', this is NOT my personal experience, so what does everyone else think?

Its been made clear to me that if there are any H&S issues then the branch manager will be held responsible. The GM's and city managers etc have covered their backs.

It's the same with sexual harassment, everybody has to go on a training class so that if something kicks off group management can say they did all they could to prevent it. Branch manager will take the blame!

As somebody else has said on this site - GET A UNION, you may need it!!

You need another option:

A Branch Mnagr will say "we need X repaired", then ERAC will ignore it as long as possible and when brought up in an audit will blame the BM.

Branch Managers, Email Loss control your concerns and keep a copy for records, this way you will be protecetd !

WOW!, one out of 12 voters thinks ERAC do deal with H&S issues. I cannot beleive it is this high!

ok, thats a bit better! just one out of 19 people thought that erac deal properly with H&S. wake up and smell the coffee (or shite..about to hit the fan!)

this wasnt even worth a poll! erac clearly dont give a toss about H&S.

no, erac really dont give a damm about H&S issues.

just one person out of 21 thinks ecrap deal properly with H&S issues!

erac put off H&S issues (ignore them) until they are being forced to make changes. it is only a matter of time before someone has to pay the price for this shoddy practice.
