| Its been made clear to me that if there are any H&S issues then the branch manager will be held responsible. The GM's and city managers etc have covered their backs. It's the same with sexual harassment, everybody has to go on a training class so that if something kicks off group management can say they did all they could to prevent it. Branch manager will take the blame! As somebody else has said on this site - GET A UNION, you may need it!! |
