commitment to employees and customers, what commitment is that, the commitment to slave driving its employees or to its customers credit card!

Commitment to make our staff rip our customers off at any given opportunity & then still treat staff like shite whilst they work for us.

When they complain hit them with some shit pep talk or simply sack them!

2 words for both topics, 'two faced'. Enterprise has one unchanging characteristic, is that it is 'Two Faced'.

1. Do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is completely satisified.
: while at the same time delay their rental as long as possible because we've overpromised, then when they arrive try and charge them for the free uprade because its the only car we've got, then talk them into the fact that its an automatic and thats a nicer car to have for their long journey even though the've never driven one before.

2. We value you Mr Employee, nothing means more to us than our staff.
: then we work you to the bone 10+ hours a day for a wonderful graduate salary of £5.75 per hour, give you zero training and expect you handle numerous difficult situations, make you wash cars in the dirty freezing winter grime as payment for your degree, encourage you to lie lie and lie some more and annoy customers to help make the extra pound because we wont give you adequate resources to plan for customers, and god help you if your ill on a day when someone else is off for training/holiday/sick leave, condemn you for not completing your work tasks even tho you've been constantly out of the office running around the city all day for cars.
