As for being materialistic?? Yeah i wont apologise for that at all. I love gadgets and my 53" Plasma looks fantastic this evening under my RC lighting...

Hows ya bedsit????? If you have found a better job then good luck to you I happen to like mine thank you. There are loads of opportunities at ERAC with a bit of hard work and dedication .... the skys the limit....
I've read your mails and have come to the conclusion you are full of shit.

You're sitting there posting this crap, dreaming of owning such things when in reality all you have is a hand-me-down portable telly sitting in your bedroom of your parents house, where you spend most of your pathewtic life!

Tosser!

this guy is just here to wind you up.. there is no £430000 house, no plasma and no applebook. for a start, if you were to buy a £430000 house, you would have to be a level 3. I for a fact know that no level 3 has bought a new property recently (think, the mortgage brokers call for a reference dickwad) and they dont supply you with apple notebooks.

get a life and stop living the life oyu want to live and live the one you actually do. ie driving round in your vauxhall vectra delivering donuts all day

I find your jealousy over a £2000 laptop very entertaining. I forgot to mention that my wife does chip in with the mortgage maybe that would make you feel a bit better allthough I did pay for the plasma with one commission cheque, anyway whatever makes you happy! Incidently does every employee consult you when they buy a new house? I dont think so, 12 payslips from myself and my wife seemed to do the trick with the building society, I cant see many banks asking you if its okay to lend me £300000 but hey who cares. i was just illustrating that success and money are acheivable if you work hard at erac Have a great evening dude I am going home....

I am a management trainee in the UK, i have been with the company 8 months now, and of course there are going to be many issues with cars and unhappy customers, as their will be in any line of business. I have visited this website many times and now feel i have to say something regarding any people applying to join Enterprise. It aint no-where near as bad as this web site makes it out to be!!! I am only 8months into the job as i already mentioned, so i dont have any real loyalty to ERAC. I am a moral person and i explain to my customers the whole process of the rental, even what happens if any damage does happen to a car while on rent. It is a sales job also selling such things as XS protection, it costs a little more, but has a very real benefit. You (the renter) has no liability on the car at all, even if you write it off. It is peace of mind! Now as a graduate from university, this job has given me so much regarding business skills, people skills, management skills etc. You cant please 100% of customers all the time in any profession - it just aint so! What i want to say to any potential Management Trainee out there looking at this site, read it, digest it, but apply anyway baring in mind that almost every major company out there has a site similar to this. If you dont agree with something - do something to change it, provide the service you want to recieve yourself. Enterprise is a good place to be, i know i am there!

See the light? The honeymoon period is over mate, i work hard in my job for me and for my customers, i have many repeat customers who know me by name, you dont get that by screwing over people or being an arse to your customers. I wonder what went so wrong with their experience with enterprise to create such a hatred for the company!!??
