employees, it must be by the terminology used in here! Current or past employees? I have seen two people leave rescently both good friends and both left for reasons not to do with erac. I have also seen the promotion of a branch manager 18months after joining as an mt. What has gone wrong for you? what has been so bad?

only 2 leave recently. isnt the turnover more like 40%. oh that's just after the probation as you odnt count the new ones as well.

what went wrong with me? same as everyone else... rediculous hours for shite money and managers who have not got a clue.

not in my group turnover aint nothing like that!! i think the the figure is less than 10% no different than most other large company! The hours are long, i'll give you that, but to be fair they were upfront about that from the start, the money for an mt aint great i'll grant you that also, but i have seen many promotions to assisstants while i have been here in erac, and the money there suddenly becomes very nice indeed. But its up to you as an employee how fast you get there, get thru your training file and the rest is up to you. If your manager was clueless, work hard and take his job. Simple. My senior management aint no fools, crap managers dont go anywhere fast in erac or anyother company. The thing i really like about enterprise is your career is really up to you.

having read what i have just written, it does sound like im looking thru rose tinted glasses, but im not, there are things i disagree with so they have now changed. I know someone who works at National car rental, honestly what a joke, we are treat like kings compared to that lot!!
