I am only 8months into the job as i already mentioned, so i dont have any real loyalty to ERAC. I am a moral person and i explain to my customers the whole process of the rental, even what happens if any damage does happen to a car while on rent. It is a sales job also selling such things as XS protection, it costs a little more, but has a very real benefit. You (the renter) has no liability on the car at all, even if you write it off. It is peace of mind! Now as a graduate from university, this job has given me so much regarding business skills, people skills, management skills etc. You cant please 100% of customers all the time in any profession - it just aint so! What i want to say to any potential Management Trainee out there looking at this site, read it, digest it, but apply anyway baring in mind that almost every major company out there has a site similar to this. If you dont agree with something - do something to change it, provide the service you want to recieve yourself. Enterprise is a good place to be, i know i am there! |
Let me get this straight. So you think it is perfectly ok for a company to EXPECT you to work 55-60 hours a week for the same or less pay as someone who works 35-40?
Please, the company IS as bad as every ex employee on here makes it out to be! Why on earth do you think this site is so popular and yet so hated by ERAC?
Because it tells the truth.
I'm not going to slate you for liking your job, but see the light and see the company for what it is. Don't go to Higher Management for advice and guidance, speak to respected individuals not in the management chain and have been there a while. They will show you what ERAC is really about.
See the light mate.
