What do you think of the recruitment process ? Always thought it was pretty bad. As a manager I declined a few interviews at the last stage however they would be hired at another branch. What is this all about ?

as a manager, i declined one individual, only to be told by my CM i had to take him as we were short on staff. he turned up late the first 3 days and not at all on the thursday of that week. i had great pleaseure in calling HR to say i didnt want this guy and to give him the boot, to which they said no problem.

two weeks later he starts at a different branch in a different city!

I know Tim o Tei personally, he is the biggest wanker on earth, a real cok suker, i know he reads porn mags before bed time and his ex girfriend use to sleep around with his mates...seriously this guy is a total loser...he use to also sell garden tools door to door....nothing wrong with that but he use to wear a suit and tie doing it and use to tell his mates he worked for a top insurance firm....sad loser...

I think the person that is the idiot is the person who created this thread!!
