So where have I every spouted drivel. Your problem is that you work for a cmpany where you beleive you will make it, and good luck to you. But you have to agree that Enterprise has fallen on the hard times. They keep saying that it is just a small slump but this has been ging on for over 4 years now. I have to agree that when I was earning a good wage as an Assistant Manager I enjoyed the job. However the fact that in the time I was with enteprise we were taught to sell and make money. However with that drive in mind what do they expect employees to do when the market crashes. How can you justify (I am assuming you are a least a manager, if not then don't bother posting loser) working the same hours if not longer but take a 20-40% pay cut. Either Enterprise are drugging employees or you are just plain stupid. Upper management keep saying that it will come back soon, but evidence from the U.S market shows that this will be at least 7 years. In the mean time employees that have left will be earning more money elsewhere. Also if you do stay and fight through the hard times, there is no prrof that you will be automatically promoted when the good times eventually come (whch I feel they will not.) Other staff in betterr companies get a steady 1-9% annual wage rise where enterprise give you F all. So in & years time you have to battle to get a promotion after working though 7 years of shit, where I have worked up the ladder in a decent organisation (no sales) where my management skills are put to good use, which means not bollocking staff for turning up 10 minutes late.
