Default Useful Stuff For Erac Management!!

I think ERAC management should use this site as a useful tool for helping to facilitate changes in peoples daily working lives and performance related pay to make things better. This site is an excellent resource for ERAC managers so that they dont make the mistakes of others on this board. If people took the time to read between the lines and avoid the personal insults then it might make ERAC into a better place to work. There are clearly a lot of disgruntled people on here who have left or quit for one reason or another maybe boredom, poor management, lack of pay or they simply couldnt hack it?? However clearly there are a lot of people reading this site or maybe its just a few people in the UK repeating themselves under different logins? Use the information contained here to make things better learn from others mistakes and improve peoples daily working lives and rewards. Also think about the ethics of what we are doing, dont make the mistakes of others!Good Luck and have a great day!

Unfortunately they will not. It seems that ERAC have a very blinkered view of how a company should be run - their way. Suggestions and improvements are made by managers who actuially give a damn about the working environment and their employees. This does not come into ERAC's arena. Any manager who does not toe the line - and by this I mean keep their head down and do as they are told - is not welcome. Instead, they prefer midless drones who are happy that the company pays them little for their loyalty and risking their lives, (I would say having understaffed branches, not enough stock and too many deals resulting in drivers and trainees being on the road for more than 10 hours in some coastal branches 'risking their lives').

Cue the inevitable drone backlash involving the green-blooded morons bleating on about either:-

1) Homosexuality
2) Being a loser
3) Not being able to 'hack' it
4) Dubious parentage
5) Any combination of the above.

As for the dogging reference (of which quite a few come my way as well) its seems that again so many of the unregistered scum are getting it wrong. Dogging is the skill of watching couples shagging in cars, or in woods. And not the actual art of shagging in a car.

If this is the case, which it is. Then what you unregistered tools think is an insult, i feel is a complement. So for the last 4 months you have been complementing me.

However you still work at enterprise. Now that is a insult and a put down. Ha !! Ha !!
