This website has gone downhill recently

when i logged on to this site for the first time it was full of erac stories, bad manager stories, good manager stories and generally just erac stuff. i was on here all the time. since then there seems to be loads more arguments between users and general abuse.

i am spending much more time skipping through the abuse to find the stories that are about erac. Maybe this is a natural progression but i think the novelty of this site is wearing off for me and i am just not logging in as much as i used to.

How ironic if the success of this site is based upon the constant churn of erac employees who go through the erac system and then vent their frustration on this website after they've left. After a while, the older guys will log off and a new batch will take over.

I sign on about once per month to check up on old gossip.

It amazes me how many people spend their lives on this site slagging off not only erac, but each other.

You claim erac takes over your lives and is the green cult, this site is turning out to be exactly the same!

Dont get me wrong, I find it amusing and will still sign in monthly to laugh at everyone and catch up on the gossip.

I think ERAC is a caring and sharing company that gives opportunity to so many graduates at a time when real jobs are hard to find, ERAC pays your bills and gives you opportunities, I love ERAC and am sold for life, I enjoy my role as branch manager and would recommend ERAC to anyone...i cannot understand people who slag this great company, a company that is bigger than most corporates in the UK and has great emphasis on meeting customer needs...I am happy to sign for ERAC for life given the choice...
