After all the who-ha about the penalties for using this site,I find it profoundly boring.
Let me help you all out:
You are not Managers,Trainee or otherwise.You are sales personell,nothing more.Most of you will leave the company when you realise that the amount of trainees exceeds the number of branch's that exist by about three to one.
Look around you,the standard at area leval should tell anyone that they are flogging a dead horse and that no one who is any good stays much more than three years , either that or they are without any ambition or ability.
This summer another flock of thick, mannerless and in many cases unwashed.students will hit the streets clutching their degree in media studies,ready to fill your shoes,if you are not happy,find a real job,if you can.
There are lots of things that erac gets wrong,they have yet to realise that the UK is not the USofA and that customers fall about laughing when presented with pizza and donuts,not to your face of course,they wait for Nationwide to take them down the pub,then all have a laugh!!

ERAC has so much respect with british people, they luv donuts n pizza...

i love taking donuts to my accounts they all laugh and are really happy that they are sending me referalls and getting me promoted and all I do is send them donuts and muffins its so easy

You have just told us that your local dealership and bodyshop managers are all idiots, and that they are easily bought with a couple of doughnuts or muffins.

Failing Enterprise admin - you should just send this thread to all the U.K's business, would be a lot better than postcards.

Even better, do both.
