This is an interesting point, that since most customers aren't "choosing" Enterprise because it's been chosen for them by the insurance company or repair shop, why bother advertising to the general public?
Maybe this is still a good way to reach the decisionmakers at insurance companies and repair shops, and also a way to persuade consumers to rent from Enterprise for other types of rentals.
I wonder how many millions of pounds/dollars/euros Enterprise spends every year to compensate for the negative publicity coming out of Failing Enterprise? I'm sure the marketing people hate having to compensate for us.
