As the title suggests, I have just had the enterprise ad inflicted upon my conciousness. It is the cheesiest thing I've seen since the Cillit Bang adverts. I personally liked the husband in the back saying "this is so easy" whilst doing up his tie (as if to suggest that Enterprise got to his house so quickly he barely had time to get dressed) Also he was probably impressed by the fit young lady they sent... I notice they didn't include the wait in the office or the general scuminess of most enterprise premises... If anyone in their right mind is swayed by this advert, then they'll get what they deserve

they didnt even show the hard sell for a crappy expensive product that he really didnt need- wouldnt be saying 'this is great then'. or lets really hope he is not an ABI tp customer, about to be duped into signing a 'credit agreement' (ssshh dont tell the customer- we only tell them 3 months down the line when we are running the credit card)

and no mention of the half hour wait in the office for a car because "the car we had for you, sir, had an accident on the way back to the office this morning. By the way would you like a cold coffee with no milk or sugar, and last week's paper while you wait?"

interesting. Look at from this point of view. Youve got 15 seconds to advertise your company... What do you cram into that 15 seconds... in actual fact from a marketing perspective the advert is short sweet and believe it or not from an external point of view... very effective, it gets across that the company will make an effort to get you into a car as soon as possible and pick you up. I actually think from this perspective that the advert is quite good (altho cheasy!) The company, it ethics, and most of everything else about erac are however both pathetic and a disgrace.... which is why my notice is going in as soon as I have found an alternate job.

I agree in that e have a limited time to get over their message. However I just want to say, immature as it is, and as much as many will agree/disagree with me: .... Balls to you and your co. When you're happy with you job pork steaks will be aerial. Also good luck getting a pension out of them. Also, as a famous person once said, (I summarise) "When I roll over and die, when they forget my body, let it be known that i did some good" Personally I don't want my headstone to say "I rented cars" Up to you guys. For those on no money I pity you, for those on more, I pity you more. As in the Simpsons "what does the little child in you say" if its I want to rent cars, I'll snort my beer!

this advert is rubbish! It doesnt show how you contact enterprise. no tel no or website or anything? its for too short, blink and u miss it, if you do catch it you dont even know what its for! its obvoisly been designed by someone who knows and works from enterprise, they havent taken into consideration that no-one in the uk has ever heard of them!! classic enterprise doing it on the cheap and fcuking it up!
