I think I know the reason why Admin. The only reason why this side of the forum is letting down the whole website is beacuse of Joely F and Timotei. They try to abuse anyone who remotely disagrees with them. Read all their posts and you will see. Clearly they are both very bitter at not working for ERAC anymore - they try to disguise this by ranting on about 'hacking it' and 'not running your own business'. Points which have been raised time and time again. They both have nothing new or interesting to write, so they spert on about the same old drivel constantly.

It is this which annoys me and other readers. I have to admit I have given them a lot of stick in the past about Joely F's non-existant wife and Timotei's girlfriend who has slept with all his friends, and sold all the gifts given to her by Timotei. I have laughed at the way other users have abused them and in-deed I have abused them as well. In fact it was me who started the whole 'Joely F and his non-existant wife'!! I found out that he had been lying and took great pleasure in exposing him to the rest of the users!

I do however have a solution of how to get back to discussing ERAC's bad ways. Ban both Joely F and Timotei or make it clear that their views are not welcome on this site. That way you will be assured that the quality of the posts on the UK site will improve remarkably.

Should any of you need further proof, just follow this thread and see how abusive Joely F and Timotei get, not to mention accusing me of being BK.

As if BK would post on this site anyway. I know he is dumb, but even he is not that dumb.

Fair enough. I do have to say that is is not one sided though. I do normally start of with a point like, the new enterprise adverts, or what actual responsibilitys do branch managers have. However it turns into personal attacks. In future I will direct my comments towards the issue and not individuals. However noticed that the reply by the usual unregistered straight after your point was already negative to what you had to say.
I will endevour to keep to the ethos of this site.

As for the flowers comment, said that I had to studt Laura Ashley not chose to.

Accusing you of being BK? Your username is "Unregisteredgdjk", which, as far as I can tell, is a one-time throwaway name. If you don't register and don't use a consistent username then no one has any idea who you are or if you've ever posted before or what you might have said before. It's impossible to have a "conversation" under these conditions.

Fair point admin, but as you may suspect I am a current employee of ERAC, therefore do not want to register. I think this site is very good and I generally enjoy reading the posts. What irrates me is the fact that idiots like Joely F and Timotei start unnecessary arguements and always make themselves out to be better than current employees. Not only do they both try to be-little them they also make it out that since they left ERAC they are in a much better position.

I don't really want conversations with people on this site, I prefer to read what is said and make comments as when I feel the need to. Keep up the good work, this is very informative for people like me.

Enterprise's niche market is insurance replacement and they look to retain the referral source as opposed to individual customers, although the end users's satisfaction is rated through ESQi scores.

Fair enough, I can understand why you do not want to register. And good luck for you career with enterprise. But please actually read some of my post, in many of them I have mentioned things like "I learned some good skills", "good luck to those who enjoy their career with enterprise".

However I write on this site, to talk about my experiences. You have to admit that enteprise is not for the faint hearted. I did well at enterprise, but know when enough was enough for me. All I do is give possible new starters the facts unlike I was given.

As for being caught out many times, I made one mistake about being married/not married and it gets classed as being caught out loads of times.

You set the record straight I am married, and still communicate with staff at my last branch.

I don't hate all people at enterprise, just the upper management in the group that I worked in. Over many threads people write comments about other managers. in U4 there are PDF, in my experience, and my opinion Chris Adams is not suited at U1, but don't forget it is only my opinion.

However BK is a whole different matter, his is just a bad manager. After all being a good manager is not all about making money but actually involves looking at processes, models and dealing with people.If you knew/know the guy, you would totally agree, I promise you.

You don't have to register to use a consistent username. Without a consistent username, we have to examine every post and try to figure out if it's your first ever or if there's some sort of conversation you're participating in and therefore we should know the state of what you've posted before. It's tiring to try to solve this puzzle on every post.

However, even using a constant username, whether it is registered or not is likely to give away to an extent who you are. I have recognised a few people on here who have posted unregistered (although not anymore as someone has decided to register this for himself - schoolboy error allowing that admin! .

As a rule I agree, the general content has gone downhill, which is down to the likes of Joely F and Tomotei contributing to turning everything into a slanging match. There are good points and and point to every company - erac included - by criticising everything about a company, it only demonstrates you are bitter and twisted and not capable of a sensible discussion. Reasoned debate, anecdotes, fittist female posts (humour value) are fine. Ranting for rantings sake - not so fine- its like politicains voting against government bills just because they are th opposition even if teh bill makes sense to their policies. If politicains can learn this trick, surely people on here can.
