Enterprise Dissertation Help!

hey Peeps its my first message so i need loads n loads of info n viewpoints...heres the crack.......

Im a final year student at uni, doing my thesis on Enterprise...i worked there last year as an intern. My topic is on customer rentention and HOW they can improve strategically and retain customers....questions like:

where are they going wrong (dont all jump at once)?

who/what/why are the customers? i mean segments etc?

how they can solve these issues....

all from a management consultant point of view..... I need some food for thought for this 10,000 word essay, so give some of your intelligent and factual info(experiences too)!!!

can you just include 10,000 words of hate, anger and swearing which is how you tend to feel working for erac....also why are you asking us for our feedback when you little prik worked at erac for a year...what the fuk did you learn and do in that year...let me guess you were out all the time delivering and cleaning cars you little shit head or were you stealing donuts to give to their uni mates in the evening to win over friends since they all laughed at you for working for a shit hole like ERAC...shame on you boy!!!

I call bullshit on this post it sounds like Joelyf and timmotei to me If I was a lecturer who had to mark this essay I could clearly see Enterprise Rent a Car is a hugely succesful corporation with a $9 billion dollar annual turnover and they employ 70000 people worldwide they must be doing something right.

Guy's, for once have to admit that I have had nothing to do with this thread. Getting a bit fed up about moaning, Enterprise clearly are not going to change, so would rather they find out the hard way. How many people do they have to kill, before they start to change.

A bit gutted though, for my business degree, I had to study the business history of Laura Ashley, Enterprise would have been far more interesting. May have stopped me from joining them as well.
