Admin why do the rankings start at car prep when everybody who has worked at ERAC knows that car preps run the branches.

I designed the ranks to encourage lots of participation.

The ranks are a great idea.I just don't want to lower myself and become an MT.

I think this is how they're currently configured:

Car Prep 0
Intern 10
Management Trainee Applicant (First Interview) 25
Management Trainee Applicant (Second Interview) 50
Management Trainee Applicant (Third Interview) 75
Management Trainee 100
Management Assistant 200
Assistant Branch Manager 300
Branch Manager 500
Area Rental Manager 1,000
Regional Rental Manager 2,000
Regional Vice President 5,000
General Manager 10,000

Remember, it's your rank at Failing Enterprise, not at some broken car rental company.

I hoped for some words of wisdom from an MT,(always the optimist)

admin, will you be continually moving the goal posts? and promoting certain posters to higher rankings because they are 'brought in' to the site? will you give poor excuses to the posters who are not promoted? will you publish a mission statment that bears no resemblance to your practices?

just wondering..if you were thinking of doing this you would sureley have to pay erac some royalties for the use of their business model?!

I have to earn every one of my customers here. Every time you click on one of my pages, I'm competing with the "Back" button, so I have to treat you right or you won't come back.
