They actually got it right at first, as they promised the job to JW at 32. Then the green mist came down and they changed their minds for someone who knows jack shit. Just another day in the enterprise life. Good fucking move frosty ???????

How many lessons at school do you think you had, from a teacher whom did not have a degree in the certain subject? Perhaps, the purpose of giving a non branch manager the opportunity to train branch manager has more to do with her ability to train, coach and motivate existing managers, without subjective idiosyncratic objectives and goals. Many managers in my opinion have 1 years experience at enterprise, which is 2 or 3 years old. Many existing managers would not be influenced by another branch manager, feeling they have more experience, and of course their way would always be the right way. Has any one stopped to consider, that perhaps this person has past experience, or indeed HR qualifications that would make her suitable for the position? I think, this is a great example, epitomizing that enterprise do promote on ability and skill. Not every one is cut out to be a branch manager, and thus go into other fields. Am I correct in saying that Spencer Hibbert, was never a branch manager, but is know a level 3 manager, with total respect from all within u4. I assume that when Spencer got his promotion, people said the very same thing, yet Spencer has proved himself invaluable to u4. People when working within a business should really look at the broad picture. I do not know the girl, but surely, she deserves a chance. I wish her all the best.

Thing is Emma hasn't even been an assistant mananger. I know her she is lovely, but I will have no respect for her as a trainer. How can you train people on things you have had no experience of? Someone spoke about how can she train BM on dealership marketing? How can she train AM on bodyshop marketing? As the highest she go in rental was a MA!

Thats like saying how can you learn about business at University. Theory, not practical charactoristics come into play.
