Superstar emma birch. Never made it to branch manager and will now be training managers how to do their job better. How does that work.

Or is it just U4 promoting another woman into management to meet a percentage.

Oh, and lets not forgot, another unqualified addition our HR department.

If PDF was to put experienced people at the helm, this would cost the company money, hence, the way he thinks and works.

All people say on this site, is how crap the job is, and how no one ever does well out of Enterprise. Here is a girl whom I know nothing about, but has clearly epitomised her ability to succeed in the green machine, and all you can do is slate the girl. Clearly, she is a graduate, whom must be working well, whom as taken the initiative to go for the position, and was successful. Some one join me in congratulating this girl, after all she at least deserves this.

I think the point is that she have never been a Branch Manager. So how can she be a training manager, expected to train Branch Manager. Expecially when the company says it always promotes from the bottom up.

Would you get frank lampard to try and show jose mouriniho how to manage a football team? No! So would you get emma birch to show a branch manager how to market a dealership, when she couldnt hack it in daily rental and moved into recruitment? NO

stay on the subject. Have to agree with everyone else. Seems a bit stupid for a GM to hire an inexperienced training manager. It would have been better to try and promote the best branch manager in U4 to trianing manager so that he/she can transfer their skills to the newer BM's. But instead they hire someone inexperienced thus pissing off all the experienced manager so that they quit, and then fuck themselves over yet again.
