| Superstar emma birch. Never made it to branch manager and will now be training managers how to do their job better. How does that work. Or is it just U4 promoting another woman into management to meet a percentage. Oh, and lets not forgot, another unqualified addition our HR department. |

| All people say on this site, is how crap the job is, and how no one ever does well out of Enterprise. Here is a girl whom I know nothing about, but has clearly epitomised her ability to succeed in the green machine, and all you can do is slate the girl. Clearly, she is a graduate, whom must be working well, whom as taken the initiative to go for the position, and was successful. Some one join me in congratulating this girl, after all she at least deserves this. |

stay on the subject. Have to agree with everyone else. Seems a bit stupid for a GM to hire an inexperienced training manager. It would have been better to try and promote the best branch manager in U4 to trianing manager so that he/she can transfer their skills to the newer BM's. But instead they hire someone inexperienced thus pissing off all the experienced manager so that they quit, and then fuck themselves over yet again. Tools |
