Contact Centre Nightmares!?

I've recently been having some nightmares with the idiotic antics of the callcentre, do they actually know how to do anything?! Please say i'm not the only one to find them fuckin annoying!?

I love it when they book deals in for a Sunday, especially when your closed.

Do they actually accept reservations for days when the branch isn't even open? I've heard of this happening in the U.S.

Yes, unfortunatly they do book deals when branches are closed and on a regular basis, i feel sorry for the customer when this happens, especially when the branch doesnt reconise it in time.
