Default The Walls Have Ears !!

Dont be too quick to highlight your concerns if you still work for the company. I have heard that a popular texan muppet AREA M that works in U1 regularly frequents this site looking for slip-ups.

Its funny, if the idiots actually used this site to realise what is wrong with the company then a lot could be done to retain staff and see the real picture.

This is a great website as it allows current employees (like myself) to catch up on the real events. (Not the sugar coated - 'let's keep it under wraps' bollocks that goes on)

Be warned as green leeches crawl this site awaiting your mistakes...............

Well unless u're really stupid he won't be able to prove anything, and I'm pretty sure that no matter what ERAC say, under UK employment law you cannot be sacked for their "assumption" (as short of a confession they can't prove it's you) that you posted on here.

The only thing they could possibly do (if they could prove it was you that is) is dismiss you for releasing co. confidential info, such as RBS rates, SAGA rates etc. This information could be considered as potentially injurious to ERAC, so if you're going to do this, make sure they can't identify it's you as it could also be a civil offence

I have checked this. You cannot obtain personal information about someone from their IP address. I was a bit scared when I read the privacy policy as Failing admin will reveal your IP address if required and at his discretion !!!

However, I checked it out and you cannot obtain personal information about someone from their IP address unless it is required by law.

You know, other companies have sites against them or to show thier concerns, but I have to say this is the first site I've seen where employees have supported it. I'm still on with erac and love this site. Funny though that management probably or does read this and still cant figure it out. I mean, these posts aren't from vengefull fired employees, they're from regular eracians probably still riding the waive train selling and maybe moving up. And not to change the subject but whats the most hours someone worked in a week at erac. I worked around 60 last week and this week I flexed in the a.m. this week and still had over 50 hours. And believe me it wasn't easy trying to get that flex time.

Having been in u6 for at least 1 year i find most news is gossip rather fact. If news was sent out in a more formal manner before the "nudge, nudge, wink, wink" rumour it would be a better place to work. I often find my my manager bitching about decisions that have been made without him knowing, worse as he finds out off someone else.

When I first built the site, I never imagined current and former employees would pile on and be supportive. I figured they'd be slagging me right and left.

It must really suck to work there when so many employees log on to a customer complaint site and say, essentially, "You think it sucks to be a customer here, you should try working here!".

I can't believe they can stay in business.

The site has been up for 27 months and I've never revealed any information about anyone to anyone, not even IP addresses, and I have no intentions to.

One of the good things about being a prep is that to most managers and above, preps are invisible.I have known about people being moved, promoted or sacked befour they do.
Once after hearing about a move I asked the MT why he wanted to move to such a crap branch. It was the first he knew about it. oops!!

I did an average of 61.5 hours per week for 6 months with typically no lunch, breaks etc. Worst week went over 70 hours on a couple of occassions. Latest night was in work until 0030 on my second day as an AM in a new branch at month end with over 60 close pends. Thanks to the previous AM for that. Then I was removed from my position after I complained about the hours and eventually they said the reason was I was unable to cope under pressure! Why is it then that they have 2 assistant managers when I was on my own? The fleet has not grown nor has the OP. Back stabbing PDF and JH. Don't you just love them!
