Default New And Lost Accounts

Having read that U5 have lost a big local account I expect that more groups will in turn loose this local / national account. Do Enterprise believe that the forces will stay loyal with all of the failures in service that we all see on a daily basis?

Really?

I always thought that the idea was to increase your bottom line by increasing rate and occupancy.

I always thought employee marketing was one of the aspects of the job that determined who got promoted.

I always thought that ERAC had the 'book every deal' mentality.

And I always thought that branches were specifically told to target cleints that could provide all of the above.

So what you're saying is that ERAC are taking on lower paying deals - and working harder for them as delivery becomes part of the scheme as with RBS, GROUPAMA and SAGA - over and above the managers who are running their own business?

Surely not.

Oh, and I nearly missed the fact that bodyshop/insurance deals are generally over in 4 days whereas dealership recalls and service issues last longer. You only have to get a ten day deal (and with the current problems at Mercedes it isn't uncommon) at £50 to earn more.

Way to go ERAC.

1x £50 = £50.00
10x £8.50 = £85.00

last time I checked 85 was greater than 50
