Where Have You All Gone??

I am a near graduate with an interview at erac soon, i am really thinkin bout not turnin up after reading all these comments, not only does the company sound shit but judging by this site no one actually likes each other!!

So all you ppl who escaped where have you gone to? Know of any good grad schemes? Is it not even worth sticking out a year for the experience to pad cv?
