So they've actually gone and rented cars with an undercover camera or something? Awesome! It's the only way to expose the dodgy practices. Feel sorry for whoever the poor f**ker behind the counter ends up being though.

Mon-Fri 1800-0800 4 pence per minute
Weekend 1.5 pence per minute
