well that was worth spending 25 minutes composing an email. lets hope they do it..afterall do you remember what happened to yes car credit after they got hit?! i have also voulnteerd to be a mole!!!

In the scheme of things Enterprise do not do things that badly. There is probably the odd person who has good reason to be upset but most leave quite happy.

I watched this programme the other night.They were looking at the dodgy practices some estate agents get up to.

I am certain that the way many at erac operate is just as unscrupulous as examples shown in the programme I saw.Whether car rental would interest people and provide sufficient interest to the viewing public is another matter.

Bear in mind that as well as strange financial practices and dodgy selling,some at erac are guilty of knowingly renting unroadworthy motors to get themselves out of the shit or help occupancy.

Blow those whistles!This could be your chance to do more than just whinge and insult 2 bit middle managers and actually do some damage to erac.The fact that they`ve now advertised on tv could come back to haunt them as they actually have a bit of brand recognition now that could make the programme worthwhile to the producers.

perhaps if they linked erac with its main insurance business, and the issues surrounding erac providing vulnerable customers with cars (poss un roadworthy ones) this might spring and interest?, or the dishonest sales techniques? - selling to customers you are not supposed to??

They dont seem interested at first, but as soon as you mention some of the insurance companies, major companies which ERAC UK LTD deal with, not to mention the insurance sell ups and dodgy practices there ears seem to open and listen and as soon as i mentioned one unhappy customer who set up a website on the company, so other customers and employees could aire there views, then they started asking the questions.

I have said my peice to them, i hope other people will follow suit.

No one has ever been forced to work at enterprise rent a car. It was your decision to take the job. So why do you all moan about it?

You are told about the hours upfront etc so if you spent as much time on concentrating on your career instead of posting crap on this website you might get more reward for it.

You are all just jealous, apparently like the guy who made this site, that the taylor family have been so successful.

I Like your phrase have been, well i, like many others want them to carry on been succesfull, as the managers at ERAC dont listen to what you want to say, than i post my commnets on here.

You sound like some green area manager getting a little bit worried, well i tell you, you should be, the BBC Producers are even looking at this site for confirmation of issues raised.

The guy who set this website up deserves a medal, i only hope when the BBC contact him, he will take there offer up, for an interview.
