The company is a farce because they will tell you that the hours are 45 when in fact you are told to be in at 7.30pm (Presmuing you have enough cars to do your morning deals and aen't in at 6 to collect a dropped corporate car), don't get a break and leave at around 8pm at the the earliest. Additionally you will work Saturdays (Which blows your 45 hours out of the water to start with - even if you work 8-6 with an hour break).
The company will promote yes men with no idea of business sense and whilst it purports to be a modern dynamic culture is inherently sexist and not representative of ethnic minorities.
Retention is currently below 40% UK wide as per their HR dept, and in one area is at 30%.
And then there are idiots like you who. Tell me, is it due to a lack of intelligence, inadequate social skills, low aims in life and poor self-image that the only people who can 'hack it' are like you?
