Sorry - I finish work at 3.30 so I didn't see this.
I speak regularly to several managers and area managers in U1. They tell the same story, low new hires, poor retention figures and a company that is taking on unsustainable business - ie: very low rates for delivered deals.
Why are you here? You said that you were considering joining but evidently that isn't the case as it looks like you've been on this site a while.
Back to you. Where are these figures of 48% listed? Does that mean they have opened up c100 branches - sorry, offices - this year? No.
Has fleet size gone up by 48%? No.
Has profitability risen? No, not at the rates being thrown at customers now.
Has remarketing grown the company by 48%? No. The used car market is in a poor state.
Where then did you get this figure? Another piece of ERAC rhetoric will no doubt follow.
