1. 4/5 years is too long, at least 3 years wasted. 2. That you are prepared to go through my many posts to argue. SAD The main point however is that your Main Man Chris Adams is leaving. But then unlike you he probably has some good skills. I know you are going to come back and bang on about lies, lies, lies. But I can remember you telling me that you got shed loads of cash for finding branches like haroldwood, Braintree, Basildon. But then again I remember Glenn Clifford tellingeveryone that it was total bollocks and that Braintree was in a complete mess untill he sorted it out. One more thing, when you talk on a mobile phone, hold the fucking thing to your ear, its not a pissing walkie talkie. __________________ I constantly disagree with what you have to say, but I will always defend your right to say it. |

I must therefore plead to you to not consider joining this company. When I joined (about 4 years ago) the company was doing well and the branch managers were making a healty living. ERAC however have always lied to their employees and very quickly you realise that you are working 60 hours a week and earning next to nothing all for that "possible promotion" (only available when a manager quits because ERAC have treated them like dirt). The problem now is that there is no m,oney for the managers. You WILL work upto 60 hours as the high volume, low income business ERAC have chased means more work, and you WILL earn a pittance no matter what you do for ERAC and youWILL be backstabbed by both immediate colleagues and even worst by senior managers. There are 10,000's of companies out there. Find one that respects you as a human and you'll be in a better place. Trust us. If you are still not sure click on the U4-East Midlands link and read a load of the message boards. |

| why is it that erac people think that the used car market is in decline ? Talk to yorkshires main dealers and the ones with good sales managers are delivering good results , constantly month on. erac's remarketing prices are oftern too high- deliver cars too late and not in prime condition- . What erac needs is an experienced motor trade person with many years experience who knows what they are talking about can value cars correctly and can SELL ! |
