| Well, the show is almost over. Ive been here for barely three months but have decided its time to go already. I handed my notice in last week after scoring a much better job elsewhere (which is not hard); - Much bigger compnay - Much better salary - Almost double the amount of holidays, no weekends. - Overtime paid in the unlikely event that i work over 37 hours. - Much, much better prospects. At the end of the day i can't succeed at this miserable excuse for a company, i simply have to much self respect. As for cant hack it? No i cant...i cant hack working 55-60 hours per week for the pure and simple reason that i love life too much, but im sure someone will tell me that there is something wrong with that?? For those of you who spend endless hours bitching on this site, its time to make some NY resolutions and find something better to do with your spare time (im surprised those of you working at erac have any). For those of you who want to stay i just hope you see the light before its too late...who gives a shite about the money you are / could earn / earning. What are you going to do with it anyway, other than put it in a pot to use when you are too old to truly enjoy it? You certainly don't have enough free time to spend it. The point im trying to make to you all whether you work at Enterprise or not.........choose life. |

| I think the great author/poet/philosopher Alex Noble said best when he said: "Success is a process. It is a state of mind and a way of being. It is an outgoing affirmation of life." Success does not come from a 66% waiver sales ratio or running at 98% for the month or "selling up" or anything like that. Pride is one thing, success is quite another. It's a bit deeper within. Hopefully most ERAC employees realize this. I hear ya UK. Choose life. |
