| For sure area manager- Marc Boeh- He is the biggest asshole you will ever meet in your life. He does nothing and is quick to throw you under the bus even when he screws up. No one likes him except the other managers who have dui's and he kept them! Total boys club! |

IN REPLY TO THE ABOVE:_ hahahahahaha - you only worked with her for one week! im surprised you lasted that long. did she not come in every day in the foulest mood for no reason, snap at you for asking questions and then snap again when you do something wrong because youre too shit scared to ask for help in case you get your head bitten off! did you witness her bad attitude, have customers complain to you because she has no idea how to provide good customer service and talks to them like she does her employees????? did you not have to stay til 6.30pm and then get told to do a delivery on the furthest part of the branches area and get a foul talking to when she senses you might be a little pissed off at the slave labour????? did you not attempt to book a day off and dare not give her demanded full months notice??? did you ever dare to call in sick (when you actually really were too ill - im not talking about throwing a sickie) to be on the receiving end of another foul mood and the same again or silent treatment when you come back to work????? did you ever turn up after 7.45am (but still before 8am!) only to be asked sarcastically why you are late even though you are still early for work??????? did you ever get "written up" for anything and everything from asking a question to daring to appear tired or stressed out? did you ever get the warning that whatever bollocking she gets from HR for any reason will come back on the poor hard working emplyees 100 times harder? |

he has done well after being born educationally subnormal. It is amazing what losing loads of cars at Heathrow can do for your career though. If I'd nhvae done that at one of my branches, perhaps I'd have been made area manager... __________________ Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? |

Allegedly he had someone leave at Romford (Priya I think) and he told HR that she was going on a career break as he had already had nearly 55 of his staff leave in 6 months. __________________ Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? |

| I've never had the pleasure (er-herm) of meeting BK, but a couple of people started at the same time as me who were based in Essex U1. I heard that when some girl wanted to leave, he cornered her in the office and yelled at her for over an hour, telling her why she couldn't leave. (Poor retention rate - I wonder why?!) Needless to say she left in tears and the rest of the staff spent the remaining hours calling him a w@nker. Then again, when I left U1 I got told that I couldn't go because they were significantly understaffed - go figure, that's not my problem! |
