It's your choice - I suppose they think that you can't think for yourself like the other drones they employ.

If they had a half decent company and managers thy wouldn't be in the retention mess they are in at the moment.

Basically, my area manager wanted to be promoted and his retention rate in general was shocking, we were working at about half staff capacity & getting sent to cover all over the place.

I told him that he couldn't tell me what to do, and wouldn't listen to anything he was saying to try to pursuade me to stay. My biggest problem was that they would not train me on anything - just sent me out driving all sodding day! And yes, I was there a while!

Anywho, to cut the story short - I was hoping they'd send me home then & there - but I had no such luck because they were so short staffed. I told everyone what I thought of them though, before I went off into the sunset!

I would just like to say I have worked with Seema for several months! And you lot are full of shit - I have enjoyed every moment of workin with her. Yeah she has her mood swings - but look at that ignorant shite Andy at u215!! at least with Seema you can just laugh at the moods and she then realises and brightens up! she has done fmore for the progression of my career than any other useless fecker of a manager ive worked with in the past 2 years! I wish hefr all the best for the future cos she deserves nothin less!
