Oh yeah one of the famous lines you will hear in the interview (If you still decide to go ) is Erac is the only company which gives a pay rise of £7000 in one day ! When you get to Assistant Manager ....Wellif youre lucky enough to hear this then say "Well maybe if Erac paid their Trainee's inline with the Market at the first place they would'nt have to wait over a year to get the same money their mates may have already been getting over a year ago...

Also ask them what is Pay back ?

My Dear Erac Bruv's and Horny Girls how the hell do Erac justify Payback when they rip you off in Depreciation all year & for National Bad Debt... Crap Loss Control dept who canot collect money outstanding to us?

Honestly I wonder how do Erac get away with all this?

I remember Joe DePork telling everyine to give themselves a pay rise by getting more cars on the road.

when i had my interview here in london @ U131, christo & kelly interviewed me.
christo was more interested in my appearance rather than more about me & showing me how tough he was....idiot!...who the fuck are you to me?.

kelly was ok (looked like she was dying to hire staff-nothing else!).
i did pass that, & then had a driving assessment - which i passed as well.

a few months later-i left that boring shit of a company & it's people!.
