Mate they did say that they were donating them money, 50 million USD as their way of thanking their employees who helped them be successful over the last 50 years......

So let me get this straight. To celebrate the hard work the renatl people do that hass given the Taylors success, they don't give you a bonus - even though they don't give a bonus at Christmas - but instead send you a book about how to increase business by customer service.

That's like them saying 'cheers, but we want more because we don't think you're working hard enough.'

I think that every branch should celbrate by leaving early (in lieu of a lunch break) and go to the pub and get shitfaced.

That would make the Talors sit up and take notice of who has the power in the branches, and how close they are to pissing evey single employee off.
