Fuck me, everyone rents damaged cars to everyone else. Especially out of group drops. __________________ I constantly disagree with what you have to say, but I will always defend your right to say it.

If they ask how ERAC achieves 91% occupancy when cars are constantly either damaged or generally shite, how would ERAC explain it? __________________ Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

so she was fired for falsifying timesheets misuse of a fuelcard and trying to pass a damaged car onto another branch what did she expect ? an exceptional achievment award? she deserved to be fired IMHO whats your point

I think the point is, is that what she did was really not that bad in relation to what others have gone on to do and not be fired... Luke Thomas has done so many things wrong and yet he remains in the company because he would do anything/any hours the company want him to. I've seen so many shocking incidents and foul play within this company and seen good hardworking people be taken advantage of.

It is more likely that she was fired for other reasons, which Enterprise dare not explain. Also, Enerprise need to explain why others who are also alleged to have done such things are still employed. You might be able to fire people for no reason in the USA; here, it is against the law. If you want to terminate someone's contract, you have to pay them off (in-lieu of notice plus compensation for breach)- not fire them under false pretences. |

passing off damaged goods to other branches happened every single day when i was at erac. long distance one way vans? give 'em a battered old tip and wave it goodbye. to be honest, the whole 'damage' thing was a hit and miss affair. my advice if you hire a car and damage it? take it back when it's dark and raining. some guy on minimum hourly wage doing 55 hours a week won't be wanting to spend too long getting his suit damaged even more by giving your car the needle in a haystack treatment looking for a one inch scratch.
