Default Wikipedia entry....

Hmmm...I wouldn`t be too keen on advertising the fact this site is mentioned on Wikipedia having just seen the entry (no I haven`t altered it - just thought I`d follow the link)

"Failing Enterprise is a site maintained by a disgruntled customer detailing customer service problems. The discussion board has 70,000+ postings from customers and current and former employees. The owner of the site has a business growing website traffic and runs the site for the sole purposes of profiting. Most visitors at this site are not aware of this fact. "

So admin - genuine question - how much profit do you make form this site? Disgruntled customer maybe, but no one is disgruntled enough to run a board this size and spend this much time on it surely?

who gives a toss? most tv channels are funded by adverts, it doesnt take away from the content does it? why should it be any different for this website? it is obviously going to have to be funded somehow, the point is, it does not take away from the content, and the great forums, allowing the truth to out about the poor excuse for a company that is enterprise.

although i would like to see more mail-shots from admin, particulary in the uk!!!and just to put the icing on the cake, could admin send a pic of himself drinking cristal and surrounded by ladies of the night, raising a glass to enterprise, print this on a £50.00 note and send it to all the hard up GM's at erac.... they will need the money, especially around christmas, oh sorry 'holiday'.

finally- the site wouldnt exisit if erac treated is customers and employees the way it pretends to in the misson statement.

I've never made any profit or income or revenue in any way from this site. It's just a site for protected speech; it has no commercial purpose.

Thanks for pointing out the Wikipedia vandalism. It appears someone has already rolled it back but that the page make take a few more minutes to update.

Fair enough. the question was asked on there. for what its worth I feel that genuine greivances have been overshadowed by people who are overly bitter. Without naming names or threads i have seen some genuinely decent people slandered n here when they don`t deserve it, which does as I say detract form any valid comments.

making a profit or not... for this site to have 70,000+ postings shows the amount of grievences people have with ERAC and this site lets them air their thoughts
