under english law: a part-time worker is defined as a person who does the same job, but for less hours, as a full-time worker; a full-time worker is undefined

i am a driver in u7, and like all drivers in uk am classed as a part-time worker. 8.00 til 6.00, minus 30 mins for lunch, 5 days a week. how is that part-time?
any driver ever tried to get classified as full-time?

If you are defined as a part time worke, then it is surely an admittance that ERAC expects workers to work past the 8-6 opening hours.
