I don't work there anymore, and no I don't find it unbelievable. But I'll tell you I never did. It may help you to know I now do risk analysis for a company, and even at ECRAP I understood risk/reward scenarios. It is stupid, you put yourself out there in too many ways. 1. Risk of a minor problem turning into a big one that will cost big bucks. 2. Customer may get injured, theres a lawsuit waiting to happen. 3. And this is the big one REPUTATION. It just does not make sense to get 30 to 40 bucks for a car and end up spending thousands or getting the rent a wreck rep. Now all that said. I said before that I would not call bullshit on this because I know there are a lot of idiots out there. All I am saying is you can't say this prctice is company wide. There are some, maybe not many, good groups out there. |

| Ask anybody that has worked for an AP loc. The oil-change guy comes in and changes the oil and puts in a new oil filter. Period. End of story. No rotations, no fluid level checks, no inspections... Real safe. |
| |||
| Do you really think for $19.95 they actually achange the filter? |

| Hey Tryingtoinform.... Your just pissed off because the VR Dept that you used to call for repair auth's caught you trying to scam them when we were spot checking your "repair" work. Sorry that you no longer have access to your ERAC ATM machine. We have chosen to use a vendor who is honest about the services required to maintain our fleet properly. I challange you to find another rental company that maintaines their vehicles better than ERAC. Remember, the majority of the other companies do their work in house- not good for the customer. |

| Hey lets screw over the people that do want to take damage waiver to help out the branch manager’s paycheck per the branch manager. Here is an unoriginal idea to take them out to a car that has damage and just miss it altogether. When they come back say look good thing you had the damage waiver so we can write up a DX and not take a loss since we didn’t do a proper walk around the last time the car was returned. Be wise consumers so you can enjoy the benefits of the damage waiver. This happens in 09 how about your Group? __________________ The Company that leaves their employees on the side of the road. |

| Damn, that's a good idea. We don't do that in C9...well at least my branch...but damn, I like your style. I'm only an MT but I can see how that will get me to the next level... Quick way to turn an OX into a DX..i'm going to recommend that to my BM. Thanks man!!! (yes i am serious) __________________ "Book that deal!" "You said we're sold out!?!" "Don't question me kid!" |

| I was taught by my manager to make a malfunction issue the next guys problem. We were always sitting so tight we were "unable" to service our vehicles. I was taugh first-hand how to make the service lights disappear on toyotas, gm's and fords. I have witnessed firsthand accounts of negligence that would make an ambulance chasing lawyer druel. I have seen an axle nut fall off a cadillac dts when it was getting a LOFR. When it comes to servicing enterprise vehicles , IGNORANCE IS BLISS. Preventive maintence comes second to the almighty dollar. GO PLANT SOME TREES EFAGS |
