Default Enterprise refusing to provide coverage after accident

Hi, I'm looking to speak to anyone who was at fault in an accident that occurred while driving an Enterprise rental car. I'd like to know what happened: if Enterprise paid for the damage/injuries to the other parties, if Enterprise declined coverage, if you had purchased the supplemental liability protection but had them refuse to pay, whether they claimed you weren't covered after all because you "violated" the rental contract in some way, whether you were sued by the injured person because Enterprise refused to provide coverage, etc. Email directly at dawn@clarklawyers.com. Tks!

Default are you kidding

Are you really a lawyer? If you so, you are the most pathetic lowest form of ambulance chaser I have ever seen. You are the type of lawyer that give others a bad name. You are the type of lawyer that sues doctors for nothing and causes medical insurance to skyrocket. You are the lowest form of life. Where did you go to law school? Clearly not a good school, if this is how you try and get your clients. My opinion of you has nothing to do with ERAC, though on a side not you probably earn less then a MT even with your law degree. Get a real job Dawn

He probably is getting info for a case he is already working on. If not, then that's pretty low for him to post that.

And for future reference, the coverage on the car is Enterprise, but the liability coverage is bought from another company entirely.

I have never heard of Enterprise not honoring the coverage on the car, unless the car was being used unlawfully which is stated on each contract.

Default Relax, you retard!

She's probably just trying to help someone who got really screwed by buying waiver and then E found a way to deny coverage through a technicality.

Yeah, some lawyers are awful, but this one seems to be trying to actually help people.

Give it a rest, will ya?

Default sticks and stones...

First of all, ERAC does not provide liability, it is provided by an outside company, so weather it gets paid or not has nothing to do with anyone at ERAC. Second, she is not trying to help anyone, by making that post, she is trying to gain business. These types of lawyers are the same ones that show up right after an accident, with the tow truck.

Default slp

ERAC is generally self insured for the state statutory limits and the SLP policy is reinsurance up to $1,000,000.
To offer SLP and not self insure dollar one to $XX would be VERY pricey. JD you are a bit confused or unaware.

Read the back of the rental contract. As a lawyer you should understand a contract. If they didn't follow the rules on the contract then they aren't entitled to anything. If they did and Enterprise doesn't pay as they should then you can use the contract as evidence. I don't really understand why there should be more to it than that. If there is more to it, please let me know.

Default not confused

I know there is a deductible for SLP coverage, however the claims are still handled by Netrix and paid by Empire Fire and Marine. Also this is not the point, my point is that this board should not be used for solicitations and certainly not by ambulance chasing lawyers.

Why not? She's got a client who got a bad deal and wants information from other customers or employees who might have some helpful information. She's not soliciting for customers; she's asking for help for an existing customer.
