hellish nightmare in atlanta erac church street

the manager, steve fodor, needs a good, swift, strongly-deserved foot in his rear end for the treatment he doled out to me yesterday. rude does not even begin to describe the hellish nightmare that ensued after i told him (after asked) how my overall experience was with erac. from the first car (i had to have it towed back to atlanta from birmingham!) to the unavailability for a ride back to the repair shop, this jerk will not even imagine how customer service means CUSTOMER SERVICE! professional-NOT!

Stop complaining cry baby and just cowboy up. This is corporate America and results are everything. Obviously you didn't get the right results.

I'll be sure to send you a box of Kleenex once you get over this you little girl. That and some Barbie dolls because you are crying like a little beyotch!

Just keep going up the chain until you get someone who will take care of this for you, (Area Manager, RRM, RVP, or GM) They will be so happy to give you a free rental, it will make your head spin!
