I used to work in DD I got fired now erac is trying to fight my unemployment Help!!!

I worked in DD for over 2 years then Erac said that I was not doing well on the matrix and I was having poor moral. They said I was coming in late which I wasnt now they are trying to not make me get my unemployment. I have to go to a hearing what do I do. They gave me a 60 day paper saying I had to improve and all this stuff then I got fired after the 60 days what do I say to unemployment. Help.

wow, you must have really sucked. my whole career i came in late, did poorly on the matrix and had horrible moral. i eventually quit.
as far as not getting unemployment, good luck. Erace started screwing you two years ago, and they are going to continue for as long as possible.

i wish i knew who u were fellow dd'r because i want to quit enterprise and file an unemployment clain, but i'm afraid to because i don't know if i will get it. but since they fired you u will get the unemployment! its just a scare tactic they use to get u not to file a claim. just try to get all your points and proof to show to the unemployment officer, tell them about Enterprise saying they never fire people, print out that email from Andy Taylor and Andy Church about cutting costs, print out ur time card! the more the better!

I know personally some one who got fired for to many DXs. ERac didn't show to the unemployment meeting and he got his checks. Now he is in grad school and is getting a job with J&J. I would say he got the better end of the deal!

What dept did you work in? Matrix? Hmm I'm going to guess you were Hammond's assistant, LC, or accounting.
