Let's say a manager uses vacation time in the beginning of a month and then quits halfway through the month. Would they still be entitled to half of his/her commission check for that month even though they didn't work one day??

yes, to the rest of the literate folks out there, we'll continue using "spelled" instead when we wanna rag on someone elses error.
"spelt" is the past tense of "spell", but Americans use "spelled" while the British use "spelt".

It's the same with "whilst": Brits use it, while Americans use "while".

It's hard, I know, to discern sometimes what's a spelling error and what's simply an accepted variant.

My roomate got fired from Enterprise. He had 2 tickets on his driving record and got in two small accidents with company vehicles and was let go. They do pay unemployment.

I was threatened to get terminated based on performance and they have documented it all on the reviews and write ups. does that mean i can't collect unemployment if they fire me?

Regardless of why they fired you they still have to come up out of pocket. But different states have different laws so do your homework.
If you are not working another full time job (yeah ok)it should pay out.

f you get a part time gig and you work less than I think 20 hours a week ERAC should still pay out. I had a friend that went through it. He got unemployment for 6 months and had a part time job on the backend. Just follow the rules. Of course if I am incorrect I am SURE people will call me on it.

Enterprise doesn't pay you when you do work for them, what on this green earth makes you think they'll pay you when you don't?
