Dont know or really care where you live but just about every state, in dealing with wrongful termination will examine your file. If the employee handbook says one speeding ticket can result in termination, you got no legs to stand on. If thats not the reason they fired and there is no odcumentation in your file then you might have a case. Contact your old admin office request a copy of your file vie certified mail and keep your receipt. If they dont respond in a timely manner then proceed with a lawyer.
