Disgustingly Filthy Enterprise Rental Car (With Photos)
This incident occurred Thursday, May 18th. I made a reservation for a
mid-size vehicle over the phone with the branch located at 2031 N. Oxnard Blvd.,
Oxnard, CA. I indicated I would be at the office around 4:30pm. I did not
arrive at the branch until 5:25pm. One employee was on the phone helping
another customer and the other was sitting at a computer entering data.
After 5 minutes of waiting, I was finally checked into the computer. I
was told my car was currently being driven by one of the employees and he would
be back in a few minutes. The gentlemen arrived at 5:55pm, handed me the
keys, mentioned the gas tank was ¼ full and asked me to sign the paperwork.
Upon driving way, I noticed a strong odor in the car of sweat or mildew.
Ten miles down the road the low fuel light came on and I stopped for gas.
Under the bright lights of the fuel station, I realized how dirty and stained
the interior of the car was. In addition to the seat stains, there was an
unidentifiable, sticky substance on the steering wheel. The following
morning, I took the attached photos of the vehicle.
This was the most disgusting vehicle I have ever driven…not rented, but
driven. As a younger man, I owned a few clunkers, but I assure you my
vehicles were always kept clean and I would assume this should be the desire of
Enterprise Rent A Car.

Do we even want to know what this is?

This is unbelievably disgusting

How could Enterprise rent this out to a customer?

What fluid did this?

Apparently homeless people live in this car
