A Message From The School Litigation Group
2006-01-25
UPDATE: Sunday, 2006-07-30: Mr. Brand's
law firm has filed a class-action lawsuit against Enterprise.
Here's a
copy of the filing. Current and former Assistant Managers
at Enterprise are invited to contact Mr. Brand's law firm to discuss
the particulars.
This is a message I've received from a law firm
investigating Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Please remember that
Failing Enterprise doesn't have any independent information about
them or their statements:
| I am an attorney interested in talking primarily with
Assistant Managers and former Assistant Managers with
Enterprise Rent-A-Car (anywhere in the U.S.) who have worked
over forty hours per week but who were not paid overtime.
Whether or not such individuals were salaried at the time
really isn't the issue, under the current federal labor law.
I am a licensed attorney in the state of Mississippi.
My bar number is 4310. I have previous experience in
labor law at the Brand Law Firm and with the School
Litigation Group.
More information about me is available at the
Mississippi Bar Association attorney directory.
Thank you.
