My name is Glenn Stern and I represent a client who was injured in an traffic accident by a driver on methadone at the time of the accident, who rented from Enterprise Rent A Car. 

 

One Cause of Action is Negligent Entrustment.  Many car rental companies are now checking in some jurisdictions for valid licenses, past convictions, suspended licenses, dope and alcohol problems before renting.

 

Enterprise did not.

 

If you have any information that could lead me to an impeachment wit against Enterprise Executives, who we are calling to testify and we expect will testify that they do not do it in every jurisdiction because…………., it would be most appreciated.
