Our office (Marcin Barrera LLP) represents a former ERAC employee in a case filed as a class action against Enterprise for failing to provide meal and rest periods as required by California law. As is evident from the comments and concerns detailed on this website, many Enterprise employees are unable to take their lawful meal and rest periods.
