Enterprise Rent-A-Car Is A Failing Enterprise!

Open Discussion About The Ongoing Problems At Enterprise Rent-A-Car

A Message From Attorney Ashley Davenport, Esq.

2007-06-24

This is a message I've received from a law firm investigating Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  Please remember that Failing Enterprise doesn't have any independent information about them or their statements:

Our office (Marcin Barrera LLP) represents a former ERAC employee in a case filed as a class action against Enterprise for failing to provide meal and rest periods as required by California law. As is evident from the comments and concerns detailed on this website, many Enterprise employees are unable to take their lawful meal and rest periods. We are interested in interviewing witnesses, such as former employees of Enterprise in California, who have knowledge of such violations.

If you were an employee of Enterprise in California at any time since December 14, 2002, please contact me either via email at davenport@marbar.com or by telephone at (310) 286-1050 as soon as possible to discuss your experiences with Enterprise.

Thank you so much!

Ashley Davenport, Esq.
